Please allow yourself 10 minutes to get upstairs. Elevators, as can the hotel check-in lines, can be backed up, where you have to get your keys to use the elevator.

Ask the concierge for a key to the elevator to the tennis court. Go to the 38th floor, make a right, enter the staircase, and climb to the top of the stairwell. Follow the hallway to the court entrances.
